Les Courses en Forêt is a yearlong running and snowshoeing race series. Each event offers 3 options: 2km 5 km or 10 km.
We put all kind of event. For instance after 3 years of running the Quebec snowshoe championship we will be putting together the World Snowshoe championship.
The grand final in 2012 will be in La Tuque Quebec with a road race in the morning and trail running in the afternoon. Courses en foret will finish the season even with a 1/2 marathon on October 20th 2012
Registered participants who do not own a pair of snowshoes will have access to pairs of Atlas snowshoes lent by the company for the event. No more excuses, it’ll be easier than ever to try our snowshoe races this winter!
To get our youth moving, the first category starts at age 12.
