Cost   $10 for the 2km( 5 to 11 yrs old )                no lunch after the race
            $15 for the 5km or 10km ( 12 to 17 )          no lunch after the race
            
$35 for the 5 km( adults)                              include lunch after the race
            $45 for the 10 km ( adults)                           inlude lunch after the race

Free day care 


On the morning of the race :  $ 20 for the 2km( 5 to 11 yrs old)               no lunch 
                                               $30 for the 5km or 10km( 12 to 17 yrs old) no lunch
                                               $50 for the 5 km Adults                              no lunch
                                               $60 for the 10 km
  Adults                           no lunch

 

Food Station     Fresh fruit (bananas, oranges), water, energy drinks will be available before and after the race as well as a BBQ for the adults

 

Starts:               9.15 am for the 2km
                         
10 a.m. for the 10 km
                          10:30 a.m. for the 5 km

Race packets pick-up        8 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Race Meeting       
                                9:45 a.m. for the 10 km
                               10:15 for the 5 km

Parking              available at the start and finish

Restrooms        available at the start and finish

First Aid           
  A first aid volunteer will be available at start and finish.

Water Station    Two water stations will be located on the 10 km course

  • 10 points for 1st place
  • 9 points for 2nd place
  • 8 points for 3rd place
  • 7 points for 4th place
  • 6 points for 5th place
  • 5 points for 6th place
  • 4 points for 7th place
  • 3 points for 8th place
  • 2 points for 9th place
  • 1 point for 10th place
