Cost            10$ for the 2km( 5 to 11 yrs old )                    include refresment after the race
                     15$ for the 5km or 10km ( 12 to 17 yrs old )
   
include refresment after the race        
                     35$ for the 5 km ( adults )                               include a lunch after the race
                     45$ for the 10 km ( adults)                              include a lucnh after the race


The College divison will have it's own start, timing and class
Distances will be adapted specifically for the college divisions



                                
Starts:              9.15 am for the 2km         
                         
10 a.m. for the 10 km
                          10:30 a.m. for the 5 km

Race packets        8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Race Meeting       
                                9:45 a.m. for the 10 km
                                10:15 for the 5 km

Parking                Next to the registration office

Restrooms          available at the start and finish

First Aid            

A first aid volunteer will be available at start and finish.

Water Station       One water stations will be located on the 10 km course
                                

 

Food Station           Fresh fruit (bananas, oranges), water, energy drinks will be available before and after the race as well as a BBQ for the adults

  • 9 points for 2nd place
  • 8 points for 3rd place
  • 7 points for 4th place
  • 6 points for 5th place
  • 5 points for 6th place
  • 4 points for 7th place
  • 3 points for 8th place
  • 2 points for 9th place
  • 1 point for 10th place
